Our fitness kickboxing program is a fun, yet physical training program that allows the participants to work out like they never have before. It introduces fundamental martial art techniques fused with cardiovascular aerobic exercise with music to work out and it’s designed to help relieve stress, promote weight loss, all while toning muscles throughout the entire body.
Participants do not have to wear a uniform or test for certain levels (but we recommend workout clothing or loose fitting clothing such as sweats/shorts and a t-shirt). Evaluation and other tools will be offered to track the participant’s progress and acknowledge their level of experience.
